1. Acceptance of these terms

By using masterainow.com you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. You need to be old enough to consent to an online service where you live — at least 13 — to create an account.

2. What MasterAI Now is

MasterAI Now is an online AI learning platform. The curriculum covers the machine learning and LLM lifecycle in eleven stages — from linear regression through deduplication, tokenization, self-attention, pre-training, LoRA instruction tuning and alignment to KV-cache inference — and each stage mixes readable cards, a knowledge check after every card and a browser simulation that puts the idea in your hands. Reading is free and needs no account. Signing in with Google saves your progress to your account, and the optional Verifiable Certificate Pass unlocks the certificate for a completed track.

3. Accounts and Google sign-in

Progress and certificates belong to an account, and Google is the only sign-in method: one button covers sign-up and sign-in. We never see or store your Google password, and we ask for no scopes beyond the standard sign-in ones. Keep your own account secure, sign out on shared computers, and do not use somebody else's account to claim a certificate. You can ask us to delete your account at any time; see section 17.

4. Courses, lessons and simulations

The eleven stage readers, the knowledge checks and the interactive simulations are provided for personal learning. The material is written carefully and reviewed, but the field moves quickly: treat it as a way to build understanding, not as professional, legal, financial or employment advice, and check the specifics against primary sources before you rely on them in production. The simulations are deliberately simplified teaching tools — the embedding space is a three-dimensional projection, and the pre-training loss curve is simulated rather than produced by a live training run — so their results are illustrations, not experimental findings.

5. Knowledge checks and progress

Each card ends with a short knowledge check, and the simulation for a stage unlocks once its cards have been read and its checks passed. Progress is stored against your account so you can continue on any device, and completion is read from that stored record: the certificate claim checks the database, not your browser. Do not try to fake completion — the server verifies it from your own progress, and a certificate that cannot be backed by that record will not be issued.

6. The Verifiable Certificate Pass

The Verifiable Certificate Pass is a one-time purchase that unlocks the certificate for the track you have completed on your account. It is not a subscription: there is nothing to renew and nothing recurring. The pass belongs to the account that bought it and to the completion recorded on that account, so it cannot be transferred to another person or another account. Without it, all eleven stages are still free — only the certificate is gated.

7. Certificates: issuing, IDs and verification

When all eleven stages are complete and the pass is active, you enter the name you want printed on the certificate. The certificate id is generated on our server, your completion and payment are re-checked at that moment, and the record is written to the database before you see the certificate. Every certificate has a short, unique public id — for example 75jgh5h55 — which appears on the certificate and in its URL. Verification works in two ways: the public page at /certificates/<id> re-checks the record and the signature on every request, and /api/certificates/<id> returns the same public fields as JSON, so a third party can verify a credential independently. A certificate can be shared with a copy-link action, added to a LinkedIn profile, posted to LinkedIn, or downloaded as a PNG image. Anyone with the link can see the name on the certificate, the issue date and the id, so put only a name on it that you are happy for people to see.

8. What a certificate is not

A MasterAI Now certificate is a record of educational achievement: it states that this account completed all eleven stages of this curriculum, and it is issued by MasterAI Now Academy. It is not an academic degree, a university qualification, a government credential, an accredited certification, or accreditation of any kind, and it does not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by or endorsement from any employer, school or institution. Nothing about it promises employment, a salary, a promotion, admission to a programme or any other outcome.

9. Pricing and payments

The Verifiable Certificate Pass costs US$24, paid once. The price and what it unlocks are shown before you pay. The checkout is operated by Polar.sh as merchant of record, which also issues your receipt and handles applicable taxes such as EU VAT and US sales tax. Prices can change, but a change never applies retroactively to a purchase you have already made. We never see or store your card details. The account becomes a pass holder when Polar confirms the payment through a signed webhook, which is why the certificate page can take a few seconds to unlock after checkout completes.

10. Refunds

If a payment went wrong — you were charged and the pass never unlocked, or you were charged twice — email us with the Polar receipt and we will put it right, including recording a refund through Polar where that is the right outcome. Because the pass delivers a digital certificate immediately, we may decline a change-of-mind refund once a certificate has been issued. Nothing in these terms removes a right you have under the consumer law of the country you live in, and we honour those rights where they apply. When a refund is recorded, your pass access is recalculated from the paid purchases that remain on the account, so refunding a purchase that also provided your certificate ends that access.

11. Acceptable use

• Do not forge, edit or misrepresent a certificate or its token. The signature is verified on every view and the stored record is authoritative.
• Do not attempt to bypass the pass, to make an account a pass holder without paying, or to read another learner's account or progress.
• Do not attack, overload or probe the service. The checkout and certificate endpoints are rate limited, and traffic that looks like an attempt to break them can be blocked.
• Do not present results from a simulation as findings from a real experiment or a real training run.
• Do not copy the curriculum for republication or resale, or present it as your own course.
• Do not use the academy to break the law or to harm other people.

12. Intellectual property

The lessons and card text, the knowledge checks, the simulation code, the diagrams, the certificate design, and the MasterAI Now name and branding belong to MasterAI Now Academy, and they are provided to you for personal, non-commercial learning. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link to the lesson you took them from, and you may share your certificate link as widely as you like. Republishing whole lessons, reselling the material, using the simulations inside another product, or presenting the curriculum as your own course requires written permission.

13. Third-party services

MasterAI Now runs on services provided by other companies: Google provides the sign-in, and with your consent the analytics and the advertising that keeps the lessons free; Supabase stores the accounts, progress and certificate records; Polar.sh processes payments as merchant of record; Cloudflare serves the site. Their own terms and privacy policies govern the parts they operate, and they can change or discontinue their services independently of us. If you sign in from a device that somebody else manages, their policies apply to that device as well.

Advertisements are supplied by Google AdSense and its advertising partners and are only shown where you allow advertising cookies in the cookie banner; visiting without ads, or turning them off later, changes nothing about your access to the curriculum. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or for the products and services they promote, and an ad is not an endorsement.

14. Availability and changes

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. The curriculum, the simulations and the certificate flow can change, be extended or be withdrawn as the product evolves, and the platform depends on third parties — hosting, database, payments — that can occasionally be unavailable. If a change ever materially reduces what the Certificate Pass gives you, we will offer a refund on request. Continuing to use MasterAI Now after these terms change means you accept the revised terms.

15. Educational disclaimer

The content exists to teach how machine learning and LLM systems work. It is not professional advice of any kind, and it is not a substitute for testing your own systems. The simulations simplify reality on purpose. Model behaviour, benchmarks, hardware figures and costs move quickly, so verify anything critical against current primary sources rather than relying on a lesson, however carefully written.

16. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, MasterAI Now Academy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data or lost opportunity arising from your use of the academy or from any inability to use it. Where a purchase is involved, our total liability connected with that purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including the statutory rights you have as a consumer.

17. Suspension and ending your access

You can stop using MasterAI Now at any time, and you may ask us to delete your account. When we act on that request, the account, its profile row and your saved progress are deleted, and the certificate record too if you ask for that — after which the certificate id stops verifying. Purchase records are kept without the account link, because Polar as merchant of record and our own records must be able to explain the sale. We may suspend or end access to an account that breaks these terms — a forged certificate, an attempt to bypass the pass or abuse of the service — and where we can reasonably say why, we will.

18. Governing law and consumer rights

MasterAI Now is operated online, and these terms do not appoint a particular country's courts. Nothing in them takes away a right you have under the consumer law of the country you live in, and where those rights conflict with anything written here, your rights apply. If a disagreement cannot be sorted out by email, it belongs before the courts that would otherwise have jurisdiction over it. If part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
